RMT for lower back pain is a treatment that helps to reduce pain, stiffness, and muscle spasms in the lower part of the spine.
On your first visit, you’ll be asked to fill out a short questionnaire about your pain and the history of your back issues. You may also be asked to do some gentle stretches or even have a massage to help your muscles relax. After this, your massage therapist will discuss treatment options and create a plan for your recommended RMT services.
In subsequent visits, you can expect a more in-depth treatment to address the root cause of your lower back pain. This could include stretching, foam rolling, or other techniques to help you release muscle and joint tension. Additionally, your RMT may recommend exercises that can help alleviate back pain.
