Waku graduated from Western University in 2017 with his Master of Physical Therapy, after completing a Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Kinesiology from the University of Ottawa in 2015.
His treatment philosophy emphasizes the delivery of evidence-based, individualized treatments involving manual therapy, exercise prescription, therapeutic modalities and education to empower clients in optimizing their health and well-being. He has completed courses in specialized rehabilitation for runners, functional dry needling, acupuncture, the Mulligan Concept, soft tissue release and manual therapy.
In his spare time, Waku enjoys staying active through weight-lifting, hiking and running. He also loves listening to music, exploring new foods and trying different coffees in various cities. Waku is also an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts, and never misses a play on Sundays. He also speaks fluent Japanese, and is looking forward to his next trip abroad.
Henry obtained his Master of Physical Therapy degree from Western University. Prior to this he completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto. Henry has completed additional post-graduate physiotherapy courses and incorporates traditional Chinese acupuncture, functional dry needling, and cupping into his practice.
Henry emphasizes a patient-centred, one on one, and hands-on approach to his treatments. He uses a combination of manual therapy, patient education, and exercise prescription to help his patients return to their daily routines. He believes in providing his patients with tools to remain active and healthy.
Henry spent two years living and working in Calgary where he explored the Rocky Mountains as much as he could. In his free time, he enjoys staying active through weight training, and playing soccer and basketball. You can find him at a nearby coffee shop, cheering on the Toronto Raptors, or going on walks with his dog, Kemba. Henry speaks Cantonese and understands Mandarin.
Bobo graduated from the Applied Human Nutrition program at University of Guelph in 2015, followed by completion of an accredited dietetic internship at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. She is currently registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and has many years of clinical nutrition experience, currently working as a Registered Dietitian at Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital.
Bobo specializes in evidence-based nutrition management of various chronic and acute health conditions; maintains a client-centred approach to providing nutrition care. Practicing dietetics perfectly combines her passion for food, science and the desire to help others. With her experiences and skillsets she can help you attain your nutritional goals, build a better relationship with food, and make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve your overall health.
Outside of practicing dietetics, Bobo enjoys an active lifestyle through exercising, and playing volleyball and spikeball. When she is not being active, Bobo enjoys reading and going on various food tours around the city with her family and friends. Bobo speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.
Alexander (Sandy) graduated from Kikkawa College in 2021 with a Diploma in Massage Therapy, after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2017. He also obtained a graduate certificate in Advanced Ergonomics Studies from Fanshawe College.
Sandy’s mission is to help patients achieve their health, performance and wellness goals. He does so by delivering individualized treatment plans that incorporate various forms of manual therapy such as Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage, remedial exercise and cupping. Drawing from his background in ergonomics and strength and conditioning, he will also provide exercise prescriptions and patient education tailored to your lifestyle and goals.
Sandy stays active through playing basketball, ultimate and weight-lifting. His passion for sports extends to the couch, where he enjoys watching basketball at all levels, football, baseball and soccer. His favourite teams are the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Blue Jays and Cincinnati Bengals. He is also an avid movie watcher and reader, so feel free to have a movie or book recommendation on hand when coming to the clinic.

Dr. Gloria is a Registered Chiropractor and Acupuncture Provider with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. When Dr. Gloria is not seeing patients at Atlas Physiotherapy & Health, she works at Toronto Western Hospital, working alongside orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, emergency room physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists and psychotherapists to provide her patients with optimal physical rehabilitation after a surgery or workplace injury.
Dr. Gloria strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance, and encourages everyone from all ages and abilities to do the same. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, golfing, strength training, playing volleyball and tennis, travelling and discovering Toronto’s local restaurants with friends and family. Ada is a healthcare customer service expert who spends most of her time in the trenches of hospitals and network clinics. Ada’s career in healthcare spans across public and private sectors. Previous roles include being Department Head for Medical Affairs and Physician Engagement, Senior Operation Manager and Patient Relations Officer. In these roles, she shapes the strategic direction of patient and employee experience in the healthcare industry and streamlines daily operations.
Ada graduated from The University of Hong Kong with her Master of Philosophy after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree. She holds another Master degree in Health Services Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Ada is also a certified Call Centre Manager accredited in the United States. She is now studying a Diploma Program in Health Administration at Centennial College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her cats, meditation, exploring and eating in neighbourhood restaurants with friends and family.
Being highly experienced in patient-care service, coordination and communication, Ada strives to help medical institutions create positive and memorable patient experiences. She works as a coordinator, bridging the gap between you and Atlas Physiotherapy & Health. She will do all she can to help you and your family during your visit.
