- Wash separately: All Train Active supports can be washed separately in the washing machine at 30°C with liquid detergent.
- Remove Velcro straps: If possible, remove the Velcro straps or firmly attach them to the designated place.
- Remove pads and splints: If possible, remove any pads or splints before washing.
- Use a laundry net: It’s recommended to use a laundry net, with a maximum spin cycle of 500 revolutions per minute.
- Air dry: Dry your support in the air and not in the dryer, as the knitted fabric may be impaired.
- Wash regularly: Regular washing will help retain the compression of the knitted fabric.
