If you’re near Berczy Village, your first visit is the initial assessment, which involves a clinical examination and assessment of your pain and functional ability. You will then receive a RMT treatment plan and home care recommendations from your registered massage therapist.
Subsequent visits will focus on continuing the healing process by addressing any residual pain or dysfunction that remains after the initial injury. Your massage therapist will also begin to work on your flexibility, which is often a problem in athletes. They may provide additional exercises to keep your body in peak condition so that you can return to action as soon as possible.

Massage Therapy sessions can be 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes in length depending on your needs.
For your initial RMT session, please don’t forget to bring your extended health insurance coverage information.
